The equipment developed by us is intended for small and medium enterprises that are engaged in the processing of recycled plastic. Serves a set of equipment shift which consists of three workers. Productivity is from 1 to 3 tons per hour. Making equipment is not difficult. The cost of manufacturing in different countries may vary, but in general from 30-50 thousand Euros for a set of equipment (additional equipment is possible). The equipment is equipped with control and automation devices, ventilation. By the forces of the team up to 15 workers, it is possible to manufacture 10 sets of equipment per month. The selling price of similar in performance equipment on the market is from 500 thousand Euros. For the processing workshop, a room of 100-150m2 is enough. Raw materials are completely processed. There are requirements for the quality of raw materials. The cost of electricity is from 10 to 20 kW / h. Water is used repeatedly, industrial water can be used.
