Baby Cockatiel That Can Talk

Baby cockatiel, he is very clever and a fast learner. He can already say a few words like alright, yes and no, his dad is a talker so he been talked to since he hatched. He also wolf whistles. He is a very friendly and social bird, loves the attention. He isn’t hand tame but is young so can become hand tame. He has been eating by himself for 2 weeks now. He doesn’t come with cage as he is in with his parents but we can provide some handover food. He loves playing so needs toys in the cage
