Really nice registered walking horse

I have a nice kid broke registered mare. She is 8 years old and 15 hands tall. And 100% sound. She is up to date on her coggins. Also has 4 new shoes on. She's a nice easy going horse with no bad habits. She has a very smooth gait and will stay in her gait. But is easy to slow down to a walk if you want. Does great around other horses.  Rode on the trails on the road, in the creek in the mud. She will go anywhere you point her. She also doesn't care if you ride her in the front, middle, or the back of a group on the trails she rides the same. Stays tied great doesn't kick bite or anything like that. She would make a really nice mare for someone to trail ride or to show.
