We the Management of Viceroy HOtels and Resorts, seek to employ the service of a trained waiter / waiter who will take orders and serve food and drinks to customers at the dining tables. Check with clients to make sure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Communicate with clients to resolve complaints or guarantee satisfaction. DUTIES Greet and accompany customers to their tables Present the menu and provide detailed information when requested (for example, about portions, ingredients or possible food allergies) Prepare tables by configuring bedding, cutlery and glasses Inform customers about the specials of the day Offer menu-on-order recommendations. Up-sell additional products when appropriate Take precise orders of food and beverages, using POS ordering software, ordering or memorization sheets.
